Injection of capitol, our Revolving Loan Program quickly provides small and short term loans to assist in keeping businesses viable.Mentoring (matching minority contractors with general contractors and professional service providers such as architects, engineers, estimators, etc.Revolving Loan Program : Recognizing that minority contractors often have issues with cash flow, MOKAN-CCAC developed a Revolving Loan Program in cooperation with The St. Louis Development Corporation , in 2003. The loan program, provides critical financial resources to minority contractors enabling them to inject capital into their business to keep them viable and help them expand. Over the years, many minority contractors have utilized the loan program and obtained funds to start projects, expand services, temporarily meet payroll, and/or purchase needed equipment. |

As a majority firm, why would I want to partner with MOKAN?
Partnerships with MOKAN offers various benefits for Majority Firms who want to develop sound relationships with the
minority contracting community, but does not necessarily know how. For these companies, MOKAN offers an associate membership
for companies that share our philosophy of inclusion but are not members of the minority contracting community.
I am not a minority contractor. May I still become a MOKAN member? Yes, MOKAN offers associate and project membership status
for companies and entities that desire to have a closer relationship with the minority contracting community.
