Revolving Loan Program
MOKAN, CCAC has a revolving loan program in which we make working capital loans to construction contractors. The intended purposes of the loans are for supplies, equipment, payroll, etc. to sustain their viability.  

 It happens.  You run short of cash in the middle of a project.  You need funding for payroll or other issues.  Perhaps you need supplies or equipment in order to compete for a project . . . we can help.

MOKAN’s Revolving Loan Program is exclusively for MOKAN members.  The program awards range from $10,000 to $20,000 and can be used for working capital, supplies, equipment and payroll.

Applicants must be certified MBE/DBE contractors in St. Louis City or County.

The loan program is administered by MOKAN in partnership with the St. Louis Development Corporation and requires minimal information to be submitted with your application.
